Job Description We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to manage our safety reporting tool and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of safety-related data and actions. This role is pivotal in supporting our safety culture by ensuring that all reported incidents, near misses, and non-conformities are accurately risk-rated, assigned, and resolved in a timely manner. As the Administrator, you will act as the central administrative hub for safety reporting, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-through on safety actions. Your coordination skills will be key in driving timely resolutions and maintaining high standards of safety performance across our operations. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage the safety reporting system with precision and efficiency. Accurately risk-rate all reported incidents, near misses, and nonconformities. Assign reports to the appropriate risk owners and track progress through to resolution. Coordinate and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Maintain clear and organized records of safety reports and actions. Liaise with key stakeholders including offshore managers, QHSE team, warehouse and logistics leaders, engineering support, and quality assurance leads.
