Job Title: Sales Support Administrator Department : Woodside Distribution Location: Ballynure Responsible to: Managing Director / Operations Director Rate of Pay: Competitive Working hours: Monday to Friday Who are we? In addition to our own depots in Preston, Ballyclare and Dublin, we are shareholder members of the Pallet-Track network in the UK, and PalletXpress in the Republic of Ireland. We work across all industry sectors with many of the UK and Ireland leading manufacturers, retailers and distributors. Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Distribution team. As the Sales Support Administrator you will play a vital part in supporting our team with day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support that enables sales success. The Person: The successful candidate will have high levels of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. They must have strong overall I.T. knowledge as there will be exposure to a number of different operating systems. Key Responsibilities will include: Receive & quickly respond to customer pricing enquiries Record quotations on IT system Obtain customer feedback Receive bookings from customers and input onto our Transport Management System and price accordingly. Set up Customer Rate cards and manually price jobs Approval customer and partner invoices Essential Criteria: Previous experience within the transport and logistics sector 1 years' previous administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment 1 years' previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages and in-house databases / management systems 1 years' previous experience pricing jobs & providing quotations Confident and professional telephone manner Experience acting as the first point of contact for new customers, delivering excellent customer service GCSE English and Mathematics at least Grade C (or equivalent) Benefits: Competitive salary State of the art office facilities Role specific training with dedicated on-site Learning and Development hub 33 days holidays per year Fully funded Healthcare cash plan and Employee Perks Career progression Long service recognition Free on-site car parking Cycle to Work scheme Our Diversity and Inclusion commitments: Woodside Logistics Group is committed to having an inclusive workplace where every employee feels they belong.
