Hours:
Weekday Nights (x2 roles):
* Monday to Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
* Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
* Paid Hours: 7.4 hours per shift
Weekend Nights (x2 roles):
* Friday & Saturday: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
* Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
* Paid Hours: 7.4 hours per shift
Pay Rates:
Weekday Nights:
* Initial Rate (Nights): £16.41 per hour
* After 12 weeks ( Nights): £20.04 per hour
Weekend Nights:
* Initial Rate (Nights): £16.41 per hour
* After 12 weeks ( Nights): £21.71 per hour
o Weekend Shift Allowance: £2.96 per hour (only on worked shifts)
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production machinery to meet performance targets
* Conduct routine safety and quality checks
* Identify and report machine issues or malfunctions
* Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines
* Work efficiently within a team to ensure smooth work flow
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role preferred
* Ability to work night shifts consistently, including weekends
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
* Physically fit and able to manage repetitive tasks and long-standing periods
