Role Overview:
Working within the Operations Team and reporting to the Logistics Co-ordinator, the Logistics Administrator role is a key position within the Company. The successful candidate will be completing everyday logistics activity, consisting of booking in equipment, receiving goods onto the system, dispatching goods, completing quotations for repaired equipment, amongst other activities.

The ideal candidate will be able to follow the processes in place and will in time be able to offer suggestions on how processes can become more efficient. Key Responsibilities:
· Working with the Logistics team to assist with the goods in and goods out processes
· Answering incoming support calls, acting as a triage for the call
· Replying to customer support emails, creating internal support tickets to track the progress of reported faults
· Completing quotations for repaired equipment that has passed through the workshop
· Accurately dispatching goods to customers
· Updating outstanding deliveries, using an online portal
· Scanning in delivery paperwork to our internal Accounts team
· Taking an active role in stock control
Required Skills and Experience:

Hours: 08:45-17:00 Mon-Thu, 08:45-16:00 Fri.
Holiday: 23 days plus statutory bank holidays.
Probation period: 3 months with an option to extend to 6 months, based on performance
Salary expectations: £25k-£27K commensurate with experience.
Location: Redditch, B98.
Start date: Immediate, however willing to wait for required notice period.
