Brief role description The Employment Advisor - Families will provide holistic employment and training advice and guidance to a diverse caseload of military partners/spouses (both serving and veteran), supporting their personal development and enhancing employability skills until they achieve their desired outcomes. The role is Home-based with community outreach and travel through Glasgow covering Scotland area. The role part of Families programme, where the programme offers 1:1 virtual and face-to-face sessions, in-person group workshops, access to employer events, apprenticeships, digital upskilling, and corporate mentoring. As part of effective case management, they will: assess individual needs, identify any challenges and barriers and create effective action plans, following the FEC policies, procedures, and Work Instructions.
