Job Description
Working with supervision, this position maintains databases of threatened species and/or ecological communities. This role undertakes technical and administrative tasks including data curation, entry, and distribution.
Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following essential criteria. These should be addressed in no more than two pages in total.
1. Knowledge of conservation biology principles for flora, fauna or ecological communities.
2. Demonstrated technical ability with databases and information technology.
3. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret spatial and tabular data correctly ( maps, graphs, tables).
4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently, operating with self-motivation, organisation and efficiency.
