About the Role As Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, converting warm interest into committed members and ensuring we hit ambitious targets. You’ll work closely with the Club Manager and our external marketing agency, keeping sales activity aligned with campaigns and feeding in ideas to strengthen our digital presence even further. Main Responsibilities Convert warm leads into loyal members through professional and effective sales techniques. Confidently showcase the club’s premium facilities and unique benefits to prospective members. Work in partnership with our marketing agency to ensure sales activity and campaigns are fully aligned. Provide feedback and ideas to improve digital campaigns, content, and messaging. Track and manage your sales pipeline to ensure strong conversion rates. Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process. Support retention by building rapport with new members from day one. About You We’re looking for a results-driven sales professional who’s motivated by targets and excited to be part of a new club launch. Proven track record in sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Confident closer with a consultative, customer-first approach. Comfortable working with digital campaigns and feeding into marketing activity. Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
