We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week with the flexibility to start and finish between 7am-5pm.

The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the creative engine behind our brand's voice, presence and growth, turning complex technical ideas into marketing gold. Like the conductor of a finely tuned orchestra, you'll direct all things marketing, from SEO to storytelling, to ensure our innovative waterproofing solutions hit all the right notes with architects and contractors. You'll steer and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up, leading website overhauls that simplify the complex, generating leads through data-driven campaigns, and identifying untapped markets with the curiosity of a cartographer charting new terrain. With access to senior leadership and true autonomy, your ideas won't just be heard - they'll shape the next chapter of our growth.
* Manage SEO, PPC, social media, email, and CRM systems
* Produce captivating content tailored to diverse B2B audiences
* Lead the creation of new marketing materials and technical collateral
* Ensure brand consistency and top-tier user experiences
* Oversee marketing budgets and maintain GDPR compliance as Data Protection Officer
About You
* At least three years' construction industry marketing experience
* Proven success in marketing to architects and contractors
* Demonstrable results in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
* Experience improving website performance and user experience
* A track record of generating qualified leads and improving conversion rates
* Experience integrating marketing activities with CRM platforms
* Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics
* A marketing qualification or equivalent experience
