We are a UK-based premium Indian women’s clothing brand specializing in Retail, Bridalwear, Partywear, and Wholesale supply to boutiques, stylists, creators, and independent retailers. We operate as a social-media-first brand and are now expanding toward physical presence and global reach.
Role Description
This is a remote performance-based role for a Social Media & Lead Growth Manager. The role involves planning, creating, and optimizing social media content to enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and generate qualified leads.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing social media strategies aligned with retail and wholesale goals
• Managing Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp channels
• Creating engaging content including Reels, product showcases, and seasonal campaigns
• Handling inquiries and converting them into qualified leads (retail and wholesale)
• Running and managing performance-focused lead-generation ads (not boosting)
• Collaborating with micro-influencers, boutiques, and stylists
• Tracking lead quality, cost per lead, and campaign performance
• Reporting lead data and improving conversion through content strategy
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
• Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends, buyer psychology, and lead-focused content strategy
• Experience with lead-generation ads (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads), including tracking and reporting
• Strong communication skills, with experience managing DM/WhatsApp customer inquiries
• Ability to build and maintain warm lead databases for both retail and wholesale clients
• Experience in influencer outreach or boutique collaboration is an advantage
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or basic video editing applications
• Business-minded, creative, and results-oriented, with focus on performance and conversion
• No formal degree required — skills, experience, and results are valued

• Hindi and/or Punjabi (Preferred for customer communication & retail/wholesale engagement)
