About this role:
We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base, generating increased orders and growing their businesses. We also offer insights, advice, and support to our growing community to satisfy customers and raise standards across a vibrant takeaway sector.
As a Field Account Executive, you will be fully responsible for the development and growth of your area, driving consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximize Just Eat orders. You will act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.
Location:
Merseyside and Warrington, field-based & home-based.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Maximize the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
2. Educate Restaurant Partners to provide the best customer service and experience to their JET consumers.
3. Play an integral role in onboarding new signings, ensuring visits within 14 days of going online and optimizing for success.
4. Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants and mentor partners on key steps to achieve this.
5. Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiencies.
6. Leverage data and tools to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies.
