* Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
* Managing project finances to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets
* Leading the tendering process, including document preparation and contractor selection
* Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and change management
* Conducting valuations, risk assessments, and financial reporting
* Collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes
* Cover Essex home county, some travel to London and other UK areas if required.
The Ideal Candidate
* An experienced Chartered OR Quantity Surveyor
* Healthcare, Education or property experience
