Retrofit Assessor Job in London
with hybrid working, covering residential sites across London and the surrounding areas. This role will involve conducting detailed energy efficiency assessments as part of retrofit programmes for local authorities and housing associations. Offering a salary of £35,000 – £42,000 + benefits.
This opportunity is with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering a broad range of services across the built environment, including surveying, architecture, M&E engineering, project management and sustainability. With a growing team of over 250 professionals across the UK, they support clients in delivering safe, sustainable and cost-effective solutions – predominantly in the public and residential sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Carry out retrofit assessments on residential properties
2. Complete accurate reports and energy performance documentation
3. Collaborate with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers
4. Travel to sites across London and surrounding areas
5. Liaise with residents during the assessment process.
Required Skills & Experience
6. Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Elmhurst, Stroma or equivalent)
7. Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
8. Level 3 Award in Traditional Buildings (desirable)
9. Retrofit assessment experience in the housing sector
10. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
