The Role:
As Account Executive / Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting account teams across medical communications projects, from strategic planning to execution, liaising with clients, medical writers, and external vendors.
Typical responsibilities might include:
4. Assisting with the coordination of medical communication programmes, from project kick-off to delivery
5. Helping manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications under senior supervision
6. Supporting the drafting and review of content (in collaboration with medical writers), ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
7. Contributing to logistical and operational aspects (., vendor coordination, meetings/events, congress support)
8. Assisting with client liaison and support across different types of services (publications, digital/educational programmes, medical-affairs consulting,
9. Helping maintain strong communication with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output
About You:
10. Relevant degree (life sciences, communications, business, or similar), passion for healthcare or medical science is a strong plus
11. Eagerness to learn and grow in a medical communications/health-communications setting
12. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
13. Comfortable working collaboratively in a small team, taking initiative, and being hands-on where needed
14. Interest in scientific communications, medical affairs or healthcare broadly, willingness to learn therapeutic areas, regulatory/code requirements, and scientific terminology
