Your new role
1. Drive accountability for KPIs, including:
- Call targets
- Meetings booked
- Lead generation metrics
2. Actively participate in marketing initiatives and contribute creative ideas to support campaigns.
3. Confidently engage with schools, Local Authorities (LAs), and parents via phone to build relationships and generate interest.
4. Lead and manage a team of telesales professionals, ensuring high performance and motivation.
5. Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
6. Support the ongoing development and training of the team to enhance skills and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales environment, with a strong background in cold calling.
8. Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
9. Excellentmunication and leadership skills.
10. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
