Location: Hybrid – Wilmslow
Hours: Full time fixed contract

We are on the lookout for a Credit Controller to join our busy Credit Control team at our Head Office in Wilmslow.
Key duties will include:
• Proactively managing & collecting debts from company debtors via telephone & email
• Ensuring timely payment of invoices
• Resolving customer queries with assistance from other departments
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Cash allocation
• Preparing & issuing customer statements detailing outstanding amount
• Weekly reporting/updates
The Person:
• Knowledge and experience of credit control processes, procedures and reporting
• Transactional finance knowledge and understanding
• Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Professional attitude and persona
• Positive outlook
• Strong work ethic
• Able to prioritise workload
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
• Generate and maintains solid working relationships with customers and colleagues
