Responsibilities:
1. Conducting patient assessments and providing appropriate care and treatment
2. Administering vaccinations and immunizations
3. Managing chronic disease clinics and conducting health screenings
4. Assisting with minor surgical procedures
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
6. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
7. Providing health education and support to patients
8. Adhering to clinical protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
9. Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN
10. Proven experience as a Practice Nurse
11. Competence in a range of clinical skills, including vaccinations, wound care, and chronic disease management
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice
15. Up-to-date knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations
