Care Settings and Responsibilities
Our services are available across various care settings to a diverse range of clients with individual needs. You could be supporting people with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health issues, dementia, or providing care for older adults.
As a Support Worker, your daily tasks may include assisting with eating and drinking, meal preparation and planning, personal care, providing companionship, and encouraging independence in daily activities.

* Flexible shifts to suit your schedule – full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
* Competitive pay rates from £13.15 to £19.00 per hour, paid weekly*
* Free training aligned with the Care Certificate
* Ongoing support and development opportunities, including in-house courses and funded qualifications such as distance learning and NVQ Levels 2 and 3
* Annual pay review
* Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering discounts online and on the high street
Support Worker Requirements
* You must be over 18 years old to apply
* Right to work in the UK
* Flexibility in travel – some shifts may require driving or access to public transport
* Good standard of English and effective communication skills
* An enhanced DBS check, which can be applied for upon registration (costs £45.40, refundable after a set period of employment)
