Job Title: Production Operative Location: Hull Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent hours. Salary: Starting: £12.21/hour (days), £13.21/hour (nights) After probation (13 weeks): £12.50/hour (days), £13.50/hour (nights) Key Responsibilities: Operate injection moulding machinery to produce plastic components. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health & Safety protocols. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets. Shift Pattern: Rotating 3-week schedule: Week 1: Early shift (6am - 2.15pm) Week 2: Late shift (2pm - 10.15pm) Week 3: Night shift (10pm - 6.15am) Requirements: Ability to work full-time and commit to rotating shifts. Strong attention to detail for quality assurance. Team-oriented and cooperative attitude.
