Job Role Title Ocean BMW Plymouth are looking for a full time Cleaner to join its team and support the daily function of the whole site. Key Responsibilities: Able to Work independently, responsible for carrying out day to day routine and ad-hoc cleaning services as defined by the Head of Business, ensuring that the necessary brand standards are met and operating in line with health and safety policies. Main duties include: Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across all areas of the business. Ensure that customer facing areas are always kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Empty waste bins and replace liners daily. Clean and sanitise kitchen facilities, including sinks, worktops, appliances, and cupboard exteriors. Clean and sanitise customer refreshment facilities as required throughout the day. Maintain washroom and toilet cleanliness, ensuring adequate supplies are available. Clear down and sanitise communal areas and meeting rooms. Restock kitchen and cleaning supplies as required. Monitor the condition of office areas and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the relevant manager. Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are stored safely and used in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Essential Skills: Proven experience in a cleaning, facilities, or caretaker role. Good attention to detail, able to deliver a high level of cleanliness & customer service. Comfortable working independently using own initiative as required. Ability prioritise tasks effectively. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Understanding of safe handling and storage of cleaning products (COSHH training provided if required).
