Senior Account Director, Corporate Communications – Global Communications Agency. We’re seeking a strategic and driven Senior Account Director (SAD) to lead corporate reputation and B2B communications for world-class brands within a dynamic global team. Our Corporate team works with leading brands and B2B clients to hone organisational storytelling and media relations skills.
We’re looking for someone with a background in corporate communications, crisis and issues experience and/or B2B tech expertise who is eager to join a growing global team and make a mark on several key accounts. This is a pivotal role driving results for our clients, maintaining strong journalist relationships, and serving as the day-to-day point of contact for core clients. Here we Grow!
What You’ll Need To Succeed
* Prior experience managing large, complex accounts across multiple sectors and markets.
* Experience leveraging AI tools for smarter audience insights, trend forecasting, and content creation.
* Understanding of issues impacting clients and ability to craft compelling stories based on these.
* Curiosity and desire to stay on the front-foot of industry trends and the news agenda.
* Experience in crisis and issues and reputation management.

* Ability to view topics and issues from different angles to deliver impactful coverage.
* Experience in managing client relationships with senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Leadership & Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of corporate, issues management and B2B clients, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted advisor.
* Develop and deliver strategic communication plans and reputation management programmes that build and protect reputation equity.
* Build trusted relationships with client leads by providing insight and strategic corporate reputation counsel.
* Ensure high standards of client service and campaign execution, with a focus on measurable outcomes and client feedback.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and developments relevant to clients.
* Business Development & Commercial Growth
Support new business efforts, including responding to RFPs, pitching, and onboarding new clients.
* Drive organic growth within existing accounts and identify opportunities for expansion.
* Demonstrate commercial acumen in managing budgets and resources.
* Collaborate with client leads to identify opportunities for growth or cross-network collaboration.
* Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and develop junior team members, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture; support recruitment, retention, and development of talent.
* Integrated Campaign Delivery
Collaborate with Brand and Innovation Engine teams to deliver integrated campaigns; work with analysts, strategists, creatives, and network partners to ensure best-in-class work and identify growth opportunities; manage timelines and quality under pressure.
