Rhondda Cynon Taf are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer to support commissioned Flying Start Childcare providers to embed the Welsh Governmemt Flying Start childcare guidance ensuring that high quality provision is delivered across the County Borough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join a progressive and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Service’s Childcare Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring that Flying Start childcare delivered by approved external providers consistently meets high standards across all areas. The role involves offering direct support to Flying Start settings and providing expert guidance to the Children and Communities Commissioning Team to evaluate the quality of provision, helping to inform commissioning decisions. Additionally, the post holder will be expected to design and deliver training packages that support the continued professional development of the Flying Start Childcare workforce.
