Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of assigned clients, ensuring smooth service delivery
* Liaise with CQC during inspections, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards
* Create and update comprehensive care plans and risk assessments, ensuring person centred approaches
* Manage carer placements and contracts
* Efficiently handle accident and incident reports in line with company policy
* Maintain strong communication with carers, clients, and external stakeholders
* Take charge of scheduling and managing rotas
* Participate in the on-call rota (1 week per month)
About You:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Care Coordinator in a community care setting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Driver with access to your own vehicle for client visits
* Right to work in the UK
Contracted Hours:
* Monday to Friday 9am-5pm plus paid overtime and on-call
