Joining the IT Team to provide day-to-day support to colleagues across the two Edinburgh based sites, developing core IT support skills while working towards a recognised qualification in IT through an IT Apprenticeship. You will earn whilst you learn, and will have your own personal assessor from Elite Training, who, along with your manager, will support you step by step through your Apprenticeship.\n Key Responsibilities\n⢠Provide first-line IT support to colleagues\n⢠Log, track, and resolve IT issues \n⢠Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment\n⢠Assist with user account management\n⢠Maintain IT equipment and asset records\n⢠Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues\n⢠Escalate complex issues to your manager where appropriate\n⢠Follow IT security, data protection, and company policies\n⢠Complete all apprenticeship learning, coursework, and assessments\n Skills & Experience\nEssential:\n\nâ¢\tGenuine interest in IT and technology\nâ¢\tWillingness to learn and develop new skills\nâ¢\tExcellent communication skills\nâ¢\tAbility to work well as part of a team\nâ¢\tDriving licence \n\nDesirable:\nâ¢\tIT-related education or qualifications\nâ¢\tKnowledge of Microsoft365 Platform\nâ¢\tExperience supporting others with technology\n
