Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Work closely with software engineers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and data modelling to support solution design.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and reviews to drive agile delivery.
Support testing and validation efforts, including UAT coordination and defect triage.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Support data‑driven decision‑making by presenting findings in a clear and actionable format.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment.
* Experience in data sourcing, modelling, and entity mapping, with expertise in interpreting and applying business rules that drive data behaviour.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and data visualisation platforms.
* Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical and data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Experience with APIs, data integration, and enterprise systems is a plus.
* Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
* Certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or Agile BA are advantageous.
* Experience in Product & Technology industry.
