Works Planner required!
Salary: £18.26 per hour
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Till May 2026
To manage co-ordinate and monitor building services appointments on a daily basis including reallocation of work to operatives; to ensure appointments are achieved on target during sickness absence, holiday periods and prioritise jobs based on urgency.
Monitor performance to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
Ensure that building services works carried out by trade operatives and sub-contractors are accurately recorded and processed to deadline.
Provide support to the Repairs Supervisor to ensure service runs smoothly at all times.
Seeking experience candidate with background in Social housing maintenance sector, must be able to work on site 4 days a week between 9 am - 5 pm, with some hybrid working available depending on service needs.
