Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Children’s Community Nursing Team in Knowsley. We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and passionate Clinical Team Leader to manage and support the team in providing high‑quality care to children, young people and their families with complex health needs.
Responsibilities
* Manage and support the nursing team to deliver high‑quality care to children, young people and their families.
* Clinically lead the service and contribute to clinical care.
* Act as a key worker, sharing knowledge within the team to junior staff.
* Develop strong therapeutic relationships with CYP and their families, empowering them to lead and take ownership of their own health plans and needs.
* Participate in the service development of the team and work closely with the wider Children, Young People and Families (CYP) teams within the St Helens, Knowsley and Mid‑Mersey area.
