About The Role
In this role, you will respond to and record rebates, deliveries, and claims for Lloyds Clinical, ensuring the accuracy of direct and indirect costs for financial decision-making and reporting. Please note this is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the Coventry office.
* Calculating and reviewing supplier rebates, ensuring all reporting, systems, and data are fed accurate information.
* Investigating rebate queries from suppliers and following through to resolution.
* Performing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating aged items, specifically in relation to credits given to customers.
* Reporting stock adjustments on a weekly basis and identifying any trends of stock losses.
* Performing month-end cost accrual journals.
About You
* Working towards an accounting qualification.
* Methodical and organized.
* IT literate (especially Excel).
* Experience of financial analysis, data interpretation, and report generation skills.
* Working knowledge of NHS/care sector.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to manage own workload, delivering challenging and conflicting priorities.
