Senior Structural Engineer - Didcot

What You'll Be Doing
Take ownership of technical delivery for structural engineering projects, including financial and project management aspects.
Collaborate closely with your team and report to the Project Director.
Represent the business professionally in meetings with architects, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including health and safety.
Assess sustainability and environmental impact throughout project stages.
What They're Looking For
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven post-qualification experience in structural design.
Ability to design in all conventional materials and experience with refurbishment projects.
Knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation design.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic design advice.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative team player with commercial awareness.
