The Role: Dealer Success Executive
This is a pivotal role in our commercial growth. As Dealer Success Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our dealer partners, responsible for building relationships, onboarding new accounts, and supporting our dealers throughout the finance process.
You'll be working from carefully targeted data in our CRM, making proactive outbound calls to prospective dealers while handling inbound enquiries with professionalism and energy. You'll manage a portfolio of dealer partners - nurturing those relationships to drive proposals, funded deals, and long-term engagement.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business as we grow. This could include supporting operations, assisting with marketing activity, contributing ideas to improve processes, and helping shape how we deliver success both internally and externally.

What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively engage with independent car dealers via phone and email to introduce Finclusion's proposition.
* Work through targeted prospect data within our CRM to onboard new dealer partners.
* Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of dealer partners to ensure they understand how to maximise the benefits of working with us.
* Manage inbound dealer enquiries and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
* Support dealer partners throughout the finance process to drive engagement, proposals, and funded deals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking all interactions and opportunities.
* Collaborate with field sales (North & South) to share insight, pipeline opportunities, and dealer partner feedback as the team grows.
* Assist with wider business activities where required — from supporting marketing campaigns to refining operational processes.
* Contribute ideas to help us continually improve how we engage with dealer partners and deliver our service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Number of new dealer partners successfully onboarded.
* Volume of proactive outbound and inbound activity.
* Dealer partner engagement levels and CRM activity.
* Longer-term: Volume of proposals submitted and deals paid out.

Your Background
* Sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in automotive finance, dealer services, or B2B commercial roles is a plus — but not a dealbreaker.
* More important is your mindset: proactive, coachable, positive, and commercially aware.
