About the role
As an Experienced Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive safe, reliable and person-centred care. You’ll be at the centre of our service delivery — coordinating care, supporting staff, solving problems and ensuring excellence every single day.

What you will be doing
16. Ensuring all customer visits are efficiently allocated and consistently covered
17. Coordinating and permanently matching Care & Support Workers to clients
18. Supporting recruitment, vetting and onboarding of high-quality care staff
19. Processing new referrals and preparing documentation for Field Care Supervisors
20. Answering enquiries and being a key point of contact for clients and staff
21. Maintaining accurate electronic and office records
22. Supporting compliance with CQC and internal quality assurance systems
23. Working closely with the Field Care Supervisor and management team
24. Assisting with wages, invoicing and management reporting
25. Participating in the on-call rota

What we are looking for

26. Experienced in scheduling within a domiciliary care setting
27. Confident using IT systems and care scheduling software
28. A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
29. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
30. Able to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure
31. A proactive problem-solver who works well independently
