1. Post-16 Academic Delivery: Teaching A-Level Science (specializing in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) and BTEC Level 3 Applied Science, ensuring students master complex theoretical frameworks.
2. Advanced Practical Supervision: Guiding students through sophisticated practical endorsements (CPAC), focusing on precision, safety, and high-level data interpretation using statistical modelling.
3. HE & Career Mentorship: Providing expert guidance for UCAS applications, particularly for competitive pathways such as Medicine, Engineering, and Veterinary Science.
4. Scholarly Inquiry: Leading seminars that explore scientific literature beyond the specification, encouraging students to engage with contemporary research and global scientific challenges.
5. Assessment Excellence: Implementing rigorous mock examination cycles and providing granular feedback to ensure students are fully prepared for the demands of linear A-Level assessments.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject authority with a passion for high-level science and the mentorship of young adults. Requirements include:
