As General Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue and overall operations of this site. * You are currently at the General Management level
* You have strong experience in driving sales growth
* You have experience within a fast:paced, leisure or hospitality environment
* Experience maintaining high standards plus delivering excellent service first time every time.
* Retaining and developing your team into strong, self:efficient managers
* A strong focus on building, motivating and retaining teams of staff and the ability to demonstrated experience in this area.
* Structured/branded experience with Profit and Loss account management
