Recruiter, EMEA - Software Sales Focus Duration: Until End of January 2026 (Fixed-Term Contract) Location: London, UK Salesforce Salesforce is experiencing a significant period of growth following a recent product acquisition and is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our surge hiring efforts to capture market share within the mid-market. As a Recruiter focusing on Software Sales, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of top talent across the EMEA region. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and generate a pipeline of candidates within the EMEA software sales market. Manage relationships with business stakeholders, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. Execute full lifecycle recruitment, from initial sourcing through to offer and close. Craft compelling narratives around the Salesforce opportunity to engage passive candidates. Negotiate and close offers effectively. Collaborate with the business and current employees to drive employee referrals. Network with current employees to enhance our understanding of top talent in the EMEA market. Manage weekly candidate tracking and reporting, including key recruitment metrics. Partner with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) as required. Experience: Proven experience (3 years) as a Recruiter, with a strong focus on software sales roles. Demonstrable track record of sourcing, interviewing, and attracting passive candidates. Experience managing recruitment within an enterprise-level business, ideally within enterprise sales. Understanding of multi-cloud sales, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies at the C-suite level is highly desirable. Ability to build strong relationships both virtually and in-person. Experience partnering with and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively. Must be able to work from our London office for a minimum of 3 days per week, with some flexibility considered.
