* Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management, and staffing organization.
* Proven success in achieving personal sales targets and leading a team to exceed theirs.
* Ability to develop and coach the team for optimal performance and personal growth.
* Experience in delivering and creating events to promote business in the community and store.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Embrace digital business tools and promote their use within your team.
* Identify store-level business strengths and coordinate with retail and training teams to maximize sales opportunities.
* Devise retention strategies for team members.
* Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
* Act as a brand ambassador through attitude, event participation, and grooming.
* Convey passion and master storytelling to clients.
* Connect with clients through solutions and after-sales/clienteling.
* Work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas day).
