What you’ll do
* Manage the Directors’ email inbox and optimise their time.
* Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas and preparing meeting materials.
* Arrange travel and handle all forms of communication with stakeholders.
* Prepare presentations for executive leadership.
* Organise team events and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively and independently, taking initiative to identify and carry out tasks.
What you’ll need
* Strong background and experience managing complex and busy diaries.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong character: Bold, Responsible, Inspiring and Caring.
* Comfortable exercising sound judgement, making independent decisions and going above and beyond expectations.

Salary and Position
This role is a Grade 5, with a starting salary of £32,650 and a performance‑driven progression up to a maximum of £38,610.
