You’ll be joining a well‑established and highly respected organisation within the civils and construction sector in Preston. The business has a strong pipeline of infrastructure and public‑sector projects and is continuing to invest in its work‑winning function. They are open to candidates from both a civils background and a broader construction background, and they are happy to consider applicants up to Bid Manager level.
Your new role
You will play a key role in producing high‑quality,pelling submissions for civils projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing clear, persuasive andpliant bid responses.
2. Leading on PCQ submissions and framework documentation.
3. Creating and maintaining team CVs for project bids.
4. Working closely with operational,mercial and technical teams to gather information and shape strong narratives.
5. Supporting continuous improvement of bid libraries and templates.

6. Experience writing bids within civils or construction.
7. Strong writtenmunication skills and excellent attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from various stakeholders.
