Overview
We’re looking for an exceptional AV Investment Director to lead strategy, delivery, and innovation across P&G’s AV portfolio—one of the UK’s largest and most exciting media accounts.
This is a senior role within the PG One Investment team, where you’ll work closely with P&G stakeholders to deliver best-in-class AV media plans, oversee performance, and drive forward key transformation projects. You’ll manage a high-performing team (including an Associate Director), and act as a senior client lead—ensuring excellence across buying, forecasting, reporting, and innovation.

* Lead AV investment strategy and buying across the full P&G brand portfolio
* Own client relationships at senior level and support KPI delivery
* Manage and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and growth
* Collaborate with media owners to build strong partnerships and unlock trading opportunities
* Deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights from campaign data
* Drive innovation and support P&G’s ambition to become the most intelligence-led advertiser
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience in AV investment, with deep knowledge of buying, trading, and the UK media landscape
* Proven leadership at Associate Director level or above
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Highly analytical and detail-focused, with strong Excel skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Passion for media, innovation, and team development
