Extensive storage and load-out capacity, along with fully equipped workshops, means the business is capable of managing a wide variety of projects efficiently and effectively.Job Description:We are currently recruiting for experienced Platers to join a busy fabrication workshop in Hebburn. As a Plater, you will be responsible for marking out, cutting, shaping, and assembling heavy steel components, often working from detailed engineering drawings. Your work will directly contribute to large-scale marine and industrial fabrication projects.The ideal candidate will be confident working with thick gauge steel (typically 3-50mm) and be able to prepare steelwork for welding by working to tight tolerances. This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, efficiency, and an eye for quality.
