Support Worker
Location: North Chailey, BN8 4EF
Salary: £24,242 £26,377 per annum (Depending on experience and hours worked)
Enhancements: Weekends +25% (£15.75 - 17.14) Bank Holidays double time (£25.20 - £27.42) *subject to change*
Hours: 21- 37 hours per week, shifts can vary of the following pattern:
* Morning: 07:0014:00
* Late: 13:4521:00
* Split: 07:0010:00 and 15:0021:00

The Role
As a Support Worker, youll provide hands-on care and create unforgettable experiences for the children and young people. Your responsibilities include:
1. Safeguarding: Ensuring safety and well-being tailored to their needs.
2. Health and Wellbeing: Supporting eating, drinking, medication, and managing epilepsy.
3. Mobility: Assisting with powered mobility and equipment.
4. Intimate Care: Maintaining dignity while meeting hygiene needs.
