The Role
As a Technical Sales Trainee, you’ll become an important part of the internal sales team, learning how to support customers with technical product enquiries and provide tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
7. Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
8. Assisting customers with technical product advice and solutions
9. Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products
10. Preparing quotations and processing orders accurately
11. Supporting and developing relationships with existing customer accounts
12. Learning about HVAC, mechanical and electrical products through ongoing training
This role is mainly office-based and email-focused, making it ideal for someone who is organised, process-driven, and enjoys problem-solving in a technical environment.
