About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic Social Media Manager, responsible for leading and executing a content first social media strategy that supports business growth, brand storytelling, and community engagement across global markets.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will manage day-to-day social operations, and drive community growth through innovative formats like livestream commerce, talent-led content, and avatar-based campaigns.
* Collaborate within the Marketing team, alongside Product, Operations, Experience, and other departments to define and deliver a content-first social strategy across key channels, including eCommerce.
* Partner with the Marketing Manager to support and execute paid media strategies, ensuring best practices across all social activations.
* Produce original, social-first content for all channels, working with best-in-class creators.
* Define a talent-led editorial strategy with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.
* Lead live stream content innovation, including commerce-focused formats, with global Marketing, Influencer, and Service & Experience teams.
Influencer & Talent Partnerships
* Support the identification and mapping of content creators and influencers that align with the brand.
* Support the Head of Talent with key influencer and agency relationships to ensure on-brand partnerships and activations.
* Collaborate with Celebrity Co-Founders and the Influencer/Partnership team on content and campaign development, focusing on shared audience engagement and talent channel coordination.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Twitch, Pinterest), serving as the brand’s key liaison.
Community Engagement & Brand Activation
* Support the community engagement initiatives, such as campaigns, events, and gifting strategies in partnership with PR.
* Collaborate with the Experience team on brand sentiment research and co-creation projects, focusing on beauty, gaming, and cultural relevance.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic self starter who has a genuine passion for gaming, innovation, and beauty, with a sharp eye for emerging trends.
You Have:
* Experience in the beauty e-commerce industry, including its communities, consumer behavior, and key influencers or partners.
* Experience running social media campaigns, from ideation to execution across Instagram and TikTok. Experience with Tiktok Shop is a bonus.
* Experience maintaining relationships with PR, influencers, and agents.
* Experience in community management and planning both virtual and in-person events.
* Competency with community and social media management platforms such as HypeAuditor, Sprout Social, Brand24, or similar tools.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using analytics tools to inform social, marketing, and community strategies.
* Familiarity with digital growth tactics including PPC, SEM, CRO, digital advertising, lead generation, and media buying.
* A passion for gaming culture, pop culture, and global narratives, with the ability to apply these insights to content and community.
Requirements

* 2–5+ years of experience in social media for e-commerce within a creative, fast-paced environment.
* Qualifications in Marketing, Fashion Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Social Marketing, or a related field.
* A solid track record of executing marketing and social media campaigns, as well as community activations and brand events.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with Creative, Talent, Customer Service, Experience Design, and Legal teams.
* Demonstrated expertise in community development, event planning, and end-to-end execution.
