Machine Operator Location: Corby Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 6:00am 1:00pm 1:00pm 8:00pm Weekend shifts are also available. Echo Personnel is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients in Corby for an experienced Machine Operator. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated individual with previous machine operating experience who can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety. Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery safely and efficiently Monitoring production processes and quality standards Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults Reading and interpreting technical drawings Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following company procedures and health & safety regulations Working as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements: Previous machine operating experience is essential Ability to read and interpret technical drawings FLT licence is desirable but not essential Strong awareness of health & safety procedures Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and quality standards Willingness to work rotating shifts This is a fantastic opportunity for a go-getter looking to develop their skills and secure long-term employment with a reputable company.
