Process Analytical Chemist / Chemical Engineer
Location: Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire (OX11 0RL) - 3 days per week on-site and occasional international travel for customer visits and conferences
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility

Responsibilities
* Analysing customer samples in the lab to create datasets for model development
* Building chemometric models to demonstrate the IRmadillo\'s capabilities
* Working directly with customers to implement and troubleshoot models
* Supporting the sales team by explaining spectroscopy and understanding customer chemistry
* Helping customers integrate spectrometers with their plant control systems
Essential
* A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot trends or issues in data
* A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn and contribute across the team
Desirable
* Awareness of the chemical and biotech industries
* Interest or basic understanding of chemometrics (training provided)
* Practical experience with spectroscopy, analytical chemistry, or chemical processes
