Location Burnley, Lancashire Salary £12.50 per hour Sleep in rate to be confirmed Hours Casual shifts available Days, waking nights and sleep ins Contract Ad hoc and casual work Essential Requirements • Minimum 6 months experience within children’s residential or similar setting • Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour • Calm, patient and nurturing approach • Ability to work both days and nights including sleep ins • Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one • Full right to work in the UK The Role You will be supporting boys and girls aged 7 to 13 within a small children’s residential home in Burnley. This is a hands on role where consistency, resilience and emotional intelligence are critical.
