About the role
Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll providehigh-quality administrative support and be the first friendly pointof contact for residents, families, visitors, and serviceproviders. Your days will be varied, from preparing documents andmaintaining records to organising events and assisting withresident enquiries.
About you
You’re an organised, approachable, and proactive teamplayer who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You takepride in delivering excellent customer service and can adapt easilyto changing priorities. With strong attention to detail,you’re confident managing a variety of administrative taskswhile keeping a warm, professional approach.
In addition, you will also have:
* Certificate III in Business Administration is highlydesired
* Proven experience in administration and customerservice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A self-motivated, dependable, and professional approach towork
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediatelevel
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths)
