About the Distribution Key Account Manager role:
As a Distribution Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured to a high standard, whilst maintaining the product batch pass rate. You will also carry out raw material and finished product analysis in line with SC Johnson's company specifications.
About the Team:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a defined portfolio of SC Johnson Professional distributor buying accounts in our prioritised segments. The purpose of this role is to grow sales and profit of the defined portfolio by leveraging our prioritised product categories and strengthening relationships with our distribution partners and their customer base.
Responsibilities as our Distribution Key Account Manager include:
* Deliver year on year growth in the assigned territory in line with budgeted expectations
* Ensure journey plans are in place to maximize end user engagement
* Develop, manage, and coordinate all allocated distributor accounts by achieving an in-depth knowledge of their respective market sectors
* Actively manage a marketing program with a fully costed portfolio and clear ROI KPIs, attending exhibitions and trade shows as requested
Experience you ll bring as our Distribution Key Account Manager:
* Awareness of sales budgets, profit margins, and tactics to influence and deliver
* Proven track record of building long-term mutually beneficial relationships
