Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, is a leading global online gaming operator. Bally Bet is a top-tier sports betting platform, and Bally Casino is a growing iCasino platform. With 10,600 employees, Bally's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. After completing a new casino in Chicago, Bally's will own/manage 15 casinos across 10 states, with rights to develop land in Las Vegas post-Tropicana closure.
What will you be doing?
1. Ensuring employee wages are paid according to all applicable regulations and employment contracts.
2. Ensuring employee payments and deductions are correctly calculated and processed.
3. Managing assigned payroll processes and data accuracy, including timely data uploads.
4. Auditing payroll reports for anomalies and resolving issues.
5. Preparing year-end payroll and benefits data.
6. Tracking queries with external payroll providers.
7. Providing Excel analytics and reporting, both ad-hoc and scheduled.
8. Complying with internal and external audit requirements.
9. Providing excellent customer service for payroll and tax inquiries.
10. Collaborating with other shared service divisions.
11. Following SOPs and best practices.
12. Maintaining payroll record retention for all edits and adjustments.

Qualifications
* Extensive payroll experience
* Preferred experience with EMEA payroll
* Experience with large payroll platforms (e.g., UKG Pro, activpayroll)
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office
* Analytical mindset with a sense of urgency and flexibility
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
