Your role

Carry out site repairs and maintenance efficiently to keep everything running smoothly

Identify maintenance issues and arrange specialist support when needed
:
Complete planned tasks such as decorating and routine building checks
:
Maintain safe and secure environments, including occasional gardening duties
:
Act as the main point of contact for contractors on site
Your skills

Experience in maintenance or a caretaker role

Ability to identify and carry out repairs safely using tools and light machinery

Good customer service and communication skills
:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
:
Basic computer skills and a full UK driving licence (desirable)
