Export Executive

Our client is looking for an Export Executive to join their fast-growing team and play a key role in keeping their international shipments running smoothly! Youll be the go-to person for export operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.
What Youll Do:
* Coordinate shipments with our China export team and manage exports to China & Nigeria.
* Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation in Boxtop for audits and compliance.
* Arrange collections and deliveries with hauliers/couriers and handle trans shipments.
* Issue export entries and ensure timely invoicing.
* Mentor and train colleagues on export procedures and compliance.
* Keep processes efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.
Who You Are:
* Proactive, organized, and flexible with excellent time management.
* Strong communicator, team player, and able to work independently.
* Experienced with international trade and export compliance.
* Tech-savvy with good IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Assertive, accountable, and ready to take ownership of tasks.
