* Producing statements and reports.
* Reviewing credit applications and references to set up new accounts.

Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* A strong understanding of credit control processes within the retail industry.
* Excellent negotiation and resolution skills.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* A qualification in finance or accounting is desirable.
